A document-first practice
Our consultations begin with the actual papers. We trace who employs you, where the assignment is defined, how pay is referenced, what happens when no client assignment is available, and which time limits appear in the wording. That close reading keeps the conversation tied to decisions you genuinely face.
The practice is led by Anna Weiss, an employment-relations consultant with experience supporting internationally recruited workers and reviewing German workplace documentation. She works in English and German and maintains a referral network for matters requiring a Rechtsanwalt, trade union, migration adviser or tax professional.
Independence matters
Scriptwiregrid does not receive referral fees from staffing agencies or hirers. We will not tell you that every unusual clause is unlawful, nor that signing is risk-free. The purpose is to separate what is clear, what needs a factual answer, and what calls for individual legal advice.
Working values
Plain language. German legal terms are retained where they help you identify the clause, then explained in usable English.
Real limits. General guidance is not legal representation. We make that boundary visible before you book.
Care with documents. We request only relevant pages, use limited retention periods, and discourage sending unnecessary identifiers.
