Data we receive and purposes
The contact form receives your name, email, selected consultation and message. In the live static demonstration, submission calls a local mock endpoint; do not send confidential contract contents through the form. When arranging a real consultation by email, we process contact details, appointment correspondence, supplied employment documents, invoices and consultation notes to answer enquiries, perform the agreement, meet tax obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure administration and, where specifically requested, consent.
Retention and recipients
Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation correspondence and working copies are normally retained for three years after the end of the calendar year; invoices are retained for statutory accounting periods. Earlier deletion may apply where feasible. Hosting, email, video-meeting and professional advisers receive data only as needed under appropriate terms.
International transfers
We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a service provider transfers data outside it, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard and assess supplementary measures where required. You may request information about applicable safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Security and minimisation
Do not send passport scans, bank details, health records or tax identifiers unless specifically and lawfully requested. We use access controls, limited retention and document minimisation, but no internet transmission is entirely risk-free.
