Before document review starts
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin advance reading. If you are a consumer with a statutory withdrawal right, the confirmation explains that right. We begin during a withdrawal period only after receiving any legally required express request and acknowledgement.
After work has started
If you cancel after advance review begins but before the appointment, we deduct a proportionate amount for documented work completed and refund the remainder. Once the document review, consultation and notes are fully delivered, the agreed service is non-refundable except where mandatory law or a proven service defect requires otherwise.
Timing and method
Send cancellation or refund requests to info@scriptwiregrid.digital with the appointment date and invoice reference. We respond within five working days. Approved refunds are normally issued within 14 days using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, reasonable preparation time already used may be charged. A no-show after 15 minutes is treated as a late cancellation; any refund excludes completed preparation. If we must cancel, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund.
Urgent work and extra materials
An accepted urgent-review supplement covers reserved capacity and completed work and is refundable only to the extent that work has not begun. There are ordinarily no purchased physical materials. Any exceptional third-party cost must be approved in writing beforehand and is non-refundable once committed.
Service concerns
If the delivered scope differs materially from the confirmation, contact us within 14 days. We may correct the notes, repeat an affected part of the consultation, reduce the fee or provide a refund as appropriate. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
