When an assignment changes
An agency may remain your employer while the place, schedule or hirer changes. This session compares the new instruction or assignment notice with your existing contract and the practical arrangements you were given.
We examine location and mobility wording, shift expectations, travel-time questions, stated duties, pay additions and what happens between assignments. You receive a short list of inconsistencies and questions to put to the agency in writing.
The fee includes advance reading of the original contract plus one new assignment document. It does not include negotiation, works council representation or litigation advice.
