Who this review is for
This consultation is for employees and applicants who have received a contract from a temporary employment agency in Germany. It is particularly useful when the German wording is understandable in parts but the combined effect of the clauses remains uncertain.
The review covers the employment contract with the agency, not only the day-to-day assignment at the hirer. Where supplied, we also compare the assignment notice, pay annex, collective agreement reference, working-time account rules and written amendments.

- Explanation of clauses on probation, fixed terms, remuneration, supplements, working hours, Arbeitszeitkonto, leave, mobility, notice and contractual deadlines.
- A distinction between the agency’s obligations and instructions issued by the client company.
- Written notes listing points to clarify, deadlines to watch and questions you can send to the agency.
Translation of every page, negotiation on your behalf, tax calculations, immigration advice and representation in a dispute are not included. If the documents indicate that individual legal representation is appropriate, we will say so directly.
The review sequence
1. Send documents securely
After your request is accepted, you receive instructions for sending the contract. Remove unrelated personal identifiers where possible. Documents should arrive at least two working days before the session.
2. We mark the decision points
The reviewer reads the contract in relation to the temporary agency arrangement. Particular attention goes to assignment location, pay references, equal-pay timing, working-time balances, periods without assignment, transfer clauses and notice mechanics.
3. Discuss the wording
During the session, we work from your priorities rather than reciting the contract. You can ask how clauses interact and what further information the agency should provide in writing.
4. Receive an action summary
Within two working days, you receive a concise summary. It is designed to support a conversation with the agency or help you decide whether specialist legal advice is needed.
Preparation and limits
Please provide the complete, legible document—not selected pages—and mention any signing deadline. For urgent requests under two working days, availability cannot be guaranteed. The consultation is general employment guidance; it does not create an attorney-client relationship or determine whether a clause is enforceable in your specific case.
